What we've shipped.

We work in decisions, not in version numbers. Every entry below either ships a load-bearing capability or locks in an architectural choice. ADRs are the source of truth.

    Microsoft Teams notifications — design accepted

    Outbound Adaptive Card notifications on PTO / timesheet / proposal events via Workflows webhook. Designed, not built yet — ADR-0019 captures the plan.

    Timesheet pins

    Pin a favorite (project, trade, phase) row so it stays sticky across week changes and phase advances. Purple thumbtack on every timesheet row.

    Two-column layout. Status-driven primary action. Document card with round-trip stepper. Derived Ready state.

    Project tracker + ADU info-request checklist

    /projects view with AHJ, deliverable, issuance date, status, remarks. Required checklist items auto-flag blocked projects red on the tracker grid.

    Per-trade phases + cross-trade timesheets

    Plumbing and mechanical now log time independently against the same project, each on its own phase ladder (SD · DD · CD · CA · ASR).

    Proposal workflow v2 — state machine

    Draft → Sent → Won / Lost / Revisions. Two-tier versioning: internal v1/v2 on every edit, client-visible Rev N on each Mark-as-Sent.

    Owner · Manager · Engineer · Junior · Admin · Read-only. One PolicyTable in Go drives every gate; the frontend table is auto-generated.

    CSV import for people + projects

    Inline import flow with preview + confirm. 1000-row cap each. No background worker; runs in the API request.
