FAQ

Questions firms ask before getting started.

What does AxiView cover?
AxiView is the operating layer around the project: proposals, planning, resourcing, delivery, time, financials, construction administration, billing, closeout, and firm workflows. Accounting and document systems remain connected rather than being recreated inside AxiView.
Can we bring in existing projects and proposals?
Yes. AxiView onboarding is designed to support structured imports for projects, people, and project information, with document-assisted setup where appropriate so your team can review the record before it becomes active.
What happens when a project closes?
The project can be archived with its final scope, schedule, team, time, financial, delivery, CA, and billing history intact. Historical records remain useful for reporting, future reference, and similar-project estimate guidance.
Does AxiView include construction administration?
Yes. The CA workflow is designed around RFIs, submittals, field observations, change activity, punch items, and the project closeout process.
Is there a free trial?
The live demo is the evaluation experience. You can explore a populated sample firm without entering a credit card, then move into onboarding when you are ready to use your own project data.
How do seats work as the firm grows?
Solo is $49 a month for one user. Firm is $35 a user, a month, for teams of 3 or more, and every user is priced the same. View-only access is free on every plan. 10 or more users is Enterprise, priced per firm.
Does AxiView replace QuickBooks?
No. AxiView prepares the project-side billing record and accounting handoff. QuickBooks remains the accounting system of record for the ledger, accounts receivable, payments, and reconciliation.
How do QuickBooks, ACC, and SharePoint fit in?
They sit around the project workflow rather than becoming separate lifecycle stages: QuickBooks for accounting handoff and payment status, Autodesk Construction Cloud for CA and document coordination, and SharePoint for project files and document libraries. Integration availability is labeled accurately as live, in review, beta, or planned.
How is firm data protected?
AxiView is designed around AWS-hosted production infrastructure in U.S. regions, encryption in transit and at rest, logical tenant isolation, and traceable administrative and project actions.
Is project data used to train a shared AI model?
No. AI-assisted workflows are intended to help with tasks such as document intake, proposal drafting, project setup, estimate guidance, and project insights without using your project content to train a shared model.
